What should We Do?

Take exercise for at least two hours.  The first thing doctor tells his parents are to keep exercising. Calories make an important role in our life and it’s all depending upon healthy food. Healthy stomach healthy life so eats healthy food and save your life. Use peanut butter it’s a good thing you try it daily as well. Try to stay away from sweets.

  In fruits, a banana is a healthy fruit you used in your gym life. If you started the gym then not use heavyweight at the start. Use heavyweight after some time. Take pushups and rotation and pull up. Do not take exercise when your stomach is totally empty these can burn your valuable energy sources and have less stamina and low your blood sugar level.  Adjust your body with all these and make your routine best it’s a very easy routine. If you work hard then you need healthy food. As many people say milk generates fat but it’s a very good thing for health. Especially for boys not for only boys, it’s for all. We should eat a Mediterranean diet. Our diet plays an important role in our brain healthy.

Sleep early at night. Get plenty of sleep. Sleep plays an important role to keep our brain healthy. You should stay mentally active. Don’t take the stress. Stay away from stressful things. Sometimes many people are the stress for you so stay away from these types.

Take a long distance from these types of people. Activity plays an important role. Many activities are helpful for you to Remain socially involved with people. Your social interaction with people makes you happier. Social interaction helps wards off depression and stress. Get mental stimulation and keeps learning. Motivated is a thing you can generate this from many types so be motivated.
